Seeds of Strength

Seeds of Strength, originally uploaded by colbyh.
We can do no great things, only small things withgreat love. ~Mother Teresa

Like a wildflower, I grow fast and free, but I bend beneath the slightest breeze.
I always wonder but never see that where I am is where I’m supposed to be.
Sometimes I feel my folly: I’m the poison of a weed.
But from there the wind will carry me and plant another seed.
Lonesome by the highway, or in the shade of a tree, I’ve found that where I go is not up to me.
It is the Lord – the Spirit, Breath, and Life in me. He’s the wind. He carries me.

Waiting Games

"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves."  - Rainer Maria Rilke  -

Looking up.

An email chain that hit the spot: "May today be all you need it to be. May the peace of God and the freshness of the Holy Spirit rest in your thoughts, rule in your dreams tonight, and conquer all your fears... May God manifest himself today in ways you have never experienced. May your joys be fulfilled, your dreams be closer, and your prayers be answered. I pray that faith enters a new height for you; I pray that your territory is enlarged. I pray for peace, healing, health, happiness, prosperity, joy, true and undying love for God."

Muchas Gracias, De Nada

In life you will meet two kinds of people. Ones who build you up, and ones who tear you down. But in the end, you will thank them both.
